Helena (she/her) graduated from Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, CO as a certified massage therapist. She also completed a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University. Helena strives to incorporate her background knowledge of health and wellness gained during her undergraduate studies into a holistic approach. She believes that the combination of modern medicine with ancient, holistic medicine creates the most positive change within the body. Helena’s intention with massage therapy is to help others improve their health and well-being through healing touch. She hopes to help others experience the kind of healing that she has found with massage and bodywork. Helena looks forward to helping people find their unique path to a healthier, happier lifestyle. She specializes in deep tissue, massage cupping, neuromuscular therapy, and Swedish massage.
