Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m so glad you found your way here.I believe our bodies are magical with an innate ability to heal themselves.I’m a licensed massage therapist (NCLMBT) and Yoga for All instructor (RYT-200), offering integrative healing practices rooted in trauma informed therapeutic touch, massage, mindfulness and embodied movement. My main influences and style are rooted in relaxing Swedish spa massage, Thai Yoga, Zen Shiatsu, Trigger Point, and Myofascial Release. I am also a Reiki practitioner and am happy to infuse it into any massage. I am always learning and I love to travel and bring back techniques to further help my clients. My practice is trauma-informed, intuitive and grounded in Radical Body Love. I strive to be radically inclusive, welcoming of all genders, sizes, and bodies but as always my clients are my greatest teachers.
