I offer mobile and in office services in Charlotte & Surrounding areas. Specializing in Deep Tissue. My massage services are focused on the health and well being of athletes as well as the overall general population. The sole purpose of my massages is to provide massage & bodywork services in using an integrative approach, improving functional mobility, increasing ROM for optimal performance, and stress relief and relaxation among my clients. Upholding a Bachelors Degree in Exercise & Sport Science with experience in Physical Therapy and Exercise Physiology, has led me to believe that incorporating a variety of therapeutic massage techniques into my treatments will promote a better recovery of various sports injuries in athletes. While administering pain/injury management for pre/post workouts, I believe these services will offer a natural approach to better health.
