About Lauren

My journey into massage therapy was driven by a deep desire to care for people and help relieve the pain and stress they carry. I love that massage offers a natural, non-invasive path to real physical and emotional relief. I graduated from the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork and have been licensed for 10 years, with specialized certification in prenatal massage.

My favorite way to work is blending a flowing Swedish style with targeted deep tissue elements to address specific trigger points and pain patterns. Today, I operate my home-based practice, Kindred Massage Therapy, in the Steele Creek area of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Outside of the studio, I love spending time with my husband, getting involved at my church, and hanging out with friends. I am a proud mom to two adult children and love taking long walks with our little cockapoo, Tardis.
