With over 15 years of experience racing and coaching the ultramarathon, 2 years experience living in Helsinki and absorbing Finnish culture, and recent experience caregiving for a beloved family member at the end of their life, I am drawn towards the unification of scientific research and embodied understandings of the human condition. Grounding my work in personal history and ongoing study, I design mindful and caring treatments for a wide array of people: recreational and pro athletes, working professionals, retirees, and elders.
