Hello, I’m Jessica a licensed massage therapist and esthetician. I believe that true healing comes from within. Through the mind body connection we have the power to heal ourselves and live our best lives. Massage is a the perfect way to give yourself the time and space to mend that connection. I use an intuitive touch to help clients relax, let go and reconnect with their inner spirit. Each session should bring you to a place of calm, open-ness and peace.  I am currently offering what I call an integrated massage. This un-choreographed, customized treatment that combines various massage techniques, to meet your specific needs. Whether you want a Swedish style massage (a smooth, flowing, and relaxing), more of a deep tissue treatment ( therapeutic pressure targeting connective tissue, and stretching ) or a blend of both.
