I graduated in 2019 from the Western North Carolina School of Massage and currently practice out of the school's location. I hold certificates in Clinical Neuromuscular Therapy, Hospice/Hospital Based Massage, and Reiki I & II. I sought out massage therapy as a way to help others, and found healing within myself during the process. I really value the connection between our physical bodies and our energetic bodies, and believe that true healing must encompass all aspects of a person. In my free time, you can find me reading or hiking.
