My name is Stephanie Suarez and I am a licensed massage therapist known for my intuitive touch and deep understanding of the connection between the body, mind and spirit. I graduated from Center for Natural Wellness school of Massage Therapy in 2023. I specialize in therapeutic massage techniques, including Swedish, Deep tissue, Shiatsu and Energy Balancing. My goal is to help clients achieve balance as well as relieve pain and tension utilizing an integration of massage modalities; including Myofascial release (MFR) and Neuromuscular (trigger point) therapy.Through a holistic approach I am committed to providing personalized care to each client, considering not only the physical but also the emotional and energetic aspects of my client’s well-being. Along with my warm and compassionate demeanor my treatments are tailored to address specific concerns promoting a healing, nurturing and relaxing experience for my clients.
