Incorporating my full therapeutic and wellness background,  my bodywork sessions encourage the body to start its own healing process. As a Licensed Massage Therapist for five years, I bring a human connection to the table,  providing a customized approach to a client's therapeutic session.  I encourage clients to work with me on a regular basis as this helps to alleviate their pain, reduce stress, increase range in motion, boost immunity, and create body awareness. I specialize in Swedish massage, cupping therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage, neuromuscular release therapy (NMR), hot stone therapy, and shiatsu. I am Reiki II attuned. I have over a 1000 hours of schooling from both Cortiva in Boston, MA and Onondaga School of Massage Therapy in Rochester, NY.  I am member of the AMTA.
