I became a licensed massage therapist in 2001 and it was the best career decision I could have ever made. I absolutely love what I do and am so grateful for the ability to provide this healing service to the many loyal and new clients I have. Muscle Maintenance was established 30 years ago by Brett Phillips, an exceptionally talented and knowledgeable massage therapist. He personally trained me for 8 years and elevated my skills as a therapist better than any continuing education course out there ever could. In June 2015, I purchased his massage business when he moved to Florida and have been the proud owner of Muscle Maintenance of Rochester, LLC. ever since. I am dedicated to carrying on the same level of service our clients have known for years.
