Zack Diodato

Zack is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) through New York state who graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2017 amongst the top in his class. Zack has a strong understanding of the human body and even helped tutor Anatomy/Physiology and Myology during his time at school.

Being able to move, and perform at your best is Zack's top priority for you as a client. Whether you are an athlete in sports, gym goer, desk jockey, or couch potato, it doesn't matter. Zack will cater each session to your needs in hopes to have you feeling better than you did before walking through the door.

Zack uses a combination of Swedish massage (relaxing/stress relieving strokes) as well as deep tissue techniques to help assess and treat chronic pain, provide improved range of motion, or to simply relieve stress and relax (and much more!)

As a therapist, Zack plans to actively pursue continuing education to always provide his clients with the best care possible, and to help educate them along the way.
