Rick Richey, MS, LMT, is a licensed massage therapist, personal trainer, faculty for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and adjunct faculty for the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences and adjunct faculty at California University of California (CalU) in the undergrad and graduate programs for the Exercise Science and Sports Studies department. Rick is currently a doctoral candidate at CalU's Health Science program.
