Her work draws from her training at Living Essence Massage Institute, as well as her years of experience with Reiki, meditation, and spiritual practice. Her massage sessions blend Swedish and myofascial techniques with deep grounding work and mindful presence, while her Reiki sessions offer a quieter space for energetic balance, relaxation, and renewal.
