A biochemist, herbalist and functional nutrition counselor, I can use a combination of many various tools tailored especially to your needs. I provide personalized interviews and health counseling sessions via email, Skype conference calls, in person and over the phone. I am a board Certified Licensed Massage Therapist. I have special training in Shiatsu, Swedish, Self Care, Nutritional Counseling, Relaxation Therapy, Shoulder and Hip Care,  Thyroid wellness, Bioenergetic Synchronization Technique, and Metabolic Inflammation Reduction. I also like to combine a Spiritual wellness aspect to my total Mind Body approach. I use gemstone therapy to set the tone for healing and call on my Native American ancestral healing guides to assist me.Myself a a thyroid cancer survivor/thriver, I provide thyroid health advocacy and lead a support group for thyroid cancer survivors and thrivers.
