About
I have been a therapist for 10 years which is a dream job. Having my own business helping people is rewarding and liberating. I make my schedule which allows me to take the necessary time away from work to ensure I am able to continue my profession of helping others in the present and future. I am a lifelong resident of the Adirondacks submersing myself in all it has to offer. Including, mountain biking-my favorite, camping, fishing, skiing, winter fat tire cycling, winter hiking, golf and so much more. I have been helping athletes and active people such as myself with the intention of spreading health through massage and knowledge. I continue to educate are try newest information health and sports science has to offer.
