Arlene Payoen

Hello, my name is Arlene and I am a licensed massage therapist. I am also certified in prenatal massage. While in school I have taken classes in medical massage, swedish, deep tissue, chair, trigger point, and sports massage. I have over 7 years of experience treating a multitude of issues from injury recovery to reducing stress. I specialize in deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic type massages.  I am also certified in prenatal and postnatal massage. This is my passion and I truly enjoy helping people feel better. I use my knowledge of various techniques, combined with a bit of intuition, to customize my massages towards the needs and wants of my clients. I try to create an environment that is non-judgemental, caring, and healing. I hope to ensure that my clients leave feeling better than when they came in.
