I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1997, and have held National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork through NCBTMB since 1999. I have been Certified in Cranial Sacral Therapy since 2004. I am working toward certification in Neural and Visceral Manipulation with the Barral Institute. I use Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques and Myofascial Release every day in my practice.My daily focus is to help people heal physical and/or emotional trauma. I work with many forms of bodywork and energywork including Neural, Meningeal and Visceral Manipulation; Cranial Sacral Therapy; Lymphatic Drainage Therapy; Reiki; Acupressure; Trigger Point Therapy; NeuroMuscular Therapy and MyoFascial Release. Throughout my practice I rely on experience, intuition, compassion and skilled technique to restore presence and wholeness. Most plans require a referral for massage therapy from an MD, DO, NP or DC.
