Hi, I’m Deanne! My journey in caregiving began soon after high school when I earned my CNA certification and took my first job in a small-town nursing home. That early experience ignited a passion for compassionate care, which I’ve carried with me ever since. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals as a private in-home caregiver—helping with daily routines, medication reminders, doctor’s appointments, and companionship—and this hands-on experience deeply informs the safe, nurturing environment I create for every client.

In 2004, I graduated from massage school in Albuquerque and began working alongside physical and occupational therapists, including one-on-one time with a certified hand therapist. This foundation strengthened my understanding of injury recovery and sensitive conditions. Since then, I’ve specialized in chronic pain, oncology massage, massage for palliative and hospice care, trauma-informed techniques, and myofascial therapies such as cupping and gua sha—all focused on helping clients find relief and restoration.

Recently, I’ve started training in Christian mental health coaching and exploring somatic practices that integrate body, mind, and spirit. While I’m still completing this training, I’ve begun offering an optional, gentle blended approach for clients interested in exploring emotional as well as physical healing. For everyone else, I continue to provide the compassionate, professional massage care my clients have trusted for years.
