I am a 37 year old dual licensed esthetician/ massage therapist. I'm passionate about helping people to move and function better in their day-to-day life. I specialize in a pain relieving therapeutic massage called neuromuscular triggerpoint therapy. It helps my clients who have frozen shoulder, sciatica, low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, tension headaches, and range of motion issues due to muscle tension.
