My hands-on work is a time tested, client approved strategy, designed to bring balance to both mind and body. I offer extremely effective, client focused treatment for men and women all about reducing stress aka- RELAXATION, maintaining optimal muscular health, rehabilitation from muscular injuries / discomfort, or to aid in sport / activity related muscular recovery.  Each session I do is individually curated to your specific needs as I draw from my ever growing knowledge of touch techniques.
