My name is Kevin Ensenat and I am a graduate of the American Institute of Alternative Medicine. I have been involved in the health, fitness, and rehabilitation industry for over 30 years as a previous gym owner, strength coach/personal trainer, and nutrition coach. During that time, I specialized in body transformation, sports performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. Whether you are a professional athlete, weekend warrior, or just someone looking for relief from aches, and pains, or needs to relax I got your back. (Pun intended)  I specialize in three types of therapy. Therapeutic Massage, Restorative Massage, and Energy Healing using the VOILA Method.  Using a large variety of modalities such as deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, pin and stretch, myofascial release, I.A.S.T.M., stretching, and cupping, among many others, I customize each session for each client's individual needs and goals assuring an amazing experience and positive outcome.
