Cherie Twardus-Sheridan

Cherie has been helping clients feel their best through massage since 1993.  She is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) earning certifications in Neuromuscular, Reiki, Reflexology and Craniosacral.Through years of experience, Cherie has created a dynamic personal massage for each specific client to meet their physical and energetic needs.  In general, Cherie’s style artfully combines deep tissue with a softer approach to achieve the clients state of relaxation.Cherie’s goal for her client is for them to leave their massage feeling relaxed and balanced. Her training in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (NMT), Swedish massage, medical/injury recovery, craniosacral and Reiki techniques enable her to facilitate a greater overall sense of health and maximum wellness for her clients.
