Rebecca Chappell

Rebecca received her Massage Therapist License in January of 2023. She attended and completed her education through the massage therapist certification program at the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts in Hudson, NH where she received training in anatomy , physiology and a variety of techniques. She is trained in muscle-energy techniques, positional release and strain/counter strain applications. Rebecca is working to further her professional development and has received training in Craniosacral therapy and Myoskeletal Alignment techniques. Rebecca prioritizes and individualizes each massage to balance her clients’ goals and needs, be it injury recovery, fitness maintenance, chronic pain relief or deep relaxation.
