Lea Palizzolo

Lea graduated from Seacoast Career school in Manchester, NH in 2011 with a license in massage therapy. She has been a licensed massage therapist for 13 years and specializes in deep tissue massage. She is also trained in a variety of modalities including Swedish, Deep tissue, Prenatal, Trigger point therapy, and TMJ. Her goal is to individualize the needs of every client and to help them be successful on their health journey.

Her passion is to tailor her massages to each individual. Every client is different and has different expectations. She has spent years working in many areas of the industry such as chiropractic offices, rehab clinics, high end spas, fitness and health clinics. She brings all of her experience and knowledge to every massage, giving her clients a session that will bring them the best results.

Lea knew early on in her career that spa work was not for her. When she started working for Chiropractors was when she realized that deep tissue work and specific focused massages were her passion. This passion is what led her to take a Cadaver Anatomy course, TMJ training, and expansive deep tissue courses. She is always continuing to educate herself and continue to learn all that she can so that she can bring high quality massages to her clients.

In her downtime Lea enjoys exercising, binging true crime, spending time with family, reading and enjoying her kitties!
