I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and a Reiki Master. I am able to help my clients heal physical discomfort, release emotional blockages, uncover mental traps, and heal present and past life traumas. Your body remembers everything you have ever done. The memories of your entire life, be it physical, mental or emotional, are stored in the cells of your body.
At A Portal To Wellness, I will engage your muscles through massage in such a way as to clear out old energetic memories that are keeping your physical body stuck in the past. Together we will move the history of old cellular patterns that are causing discomfort in your body.
