Throughout my massage therapy education, my specialized focus was in both the scientific and measurable aspects of Neuromuscular Trigger Point work and in the whole body approach of Eastern modalities where body, mind, and spirit are intertwined.

The combination of these approaches - isolating and targeting individual muscles and pressure points to relieve chronic pain through Trigger Point work and the holistic approach of Eastern modalities - contain a great deal of healing power. They blend effortlessly into a specialized session focused on what your body needs.

This personalized style of massage requires my patience, presence, persistence, natural curiosity towards the root of your pain, and a dash of OCD towards ‘fixing’ it. I draw on the cumulative total of my life’s experiences as a previous teacher, a mother, daughter, wife, sister…a human, and infuse those lessons into a deeply intuitive, nurturing, attentive, and collaborative session.

My aim is to quickly discover the root of your issues and help alleviate them while maintaining a safe, calm, and caring environment to ensure your comfort and ability to fully relax, let go, and begin your healing journey.
