Spencer Alexis

My name is Spencer Alexis Johnson. I am a LMT and CNA. I graduated WellSpring School of Allied Health in 2026, but have been in the medical field since 2022. I specialize in deep tIssue, craniosacral, lymphatic drainage, post onocology treatments, post injury/surgery rehabilitation, elderly care, wound care and assisted stretch. I work closely with your team of medical experts to customize your bodywork sessions. Together we will work with your body to create your new sense of homeostasis, or the new natural balance of your body. In my estabishment I like to povide a nice bridge between medical practice and spa experience. At The Homeostasis Hut, we have a medically safe, handicap accessible environment with collegiate knowledge of most medical anomalies. With personal experience both as a patient with type1 diabetes and certified nursing assistant in elderly and mental healthcare, I am able to provide a level of care and empathy that has never been experienced.

My goal isn't to fix you. I intend to help you find a new level of balance in your body that you haven't exprienced for some time. Homeostasis doesn't happen overnight, but with time, patience, hardwork and bodwork, you can find your bodies natural process of regulation.

I started this journey as a broken, sick, and pained child and I've grown into a healed and healing adult.
