My main focus is trauma-informed bodywork for women —creating a safe, calming space where your nervous system can really rest and reset. I offer Swedish and therapeutic massage, and you can also add in things like hot stones, Reiki energy work, aromatherapy, CBD cream, or hand/foot scrubs for a little extra nurturing. Myofascial release will be offered soon as well.
