Welcome! I’m Tristan Dunlap from Zen with Spice. I am an LMT, Energy worker, Meditation instructor, and Holistic Healer. I attended the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis where I was honored to have the most amazing instructors that taught me how to assess dysfunctions in the body and provide competent bodywork therapy to foster self healing. I’ve taken this knowledge and expanded upon that solid foundation to provide a unique experience for each clients needs. My mission is to provide the highest quality of bodywork while also fostering an environment of relaxation and healing. Each session is tailored and customized for you to address your unique needs.
