I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT) practicing a unique model of bodywork in which clients remain present and fully clothed throughout the session. My practice is trauma-informed and body-positive; our sessions are designed to empower you to find safety and comfort in your body. The anatomical specificity and gentle touch of my work can also provide relief for complex chronic conditions and facilitate healing.
