I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and have been practicing massage for the last 23 years! My specialty is working with individuals suffering from repetitive use syndrome, pre and post surgery, injuries (sports), pre/post natal, and athletic training. My training is in NMT, Myofascial Therapy and Sports Massage, Pre/Post natal, and lymphatic massage, cupping and kinesio taping (through Rock Tape) I am also certified as a Yoga Instructor, Stretch Coach (stretchcoach.com with Brad Walker) and a Nutritional ConsultantI myself, am an athlete and understand how the body works. I do private passive and facilitated stretch sessions as well as one on one Yoga session. Each will be catered for your specific needs
