Entering the healing field as a massage therapist, I now use Bowenwork as my primary therapy in addressing pain, injury and discomfort in the nervous system such as overwhelm, anxious feelings and unrest. Elegant and gentle, Bowenwork is appropriate for all ages and body types, can be performed over loose clothing and using a variety of resting positions (not just on a massage table).
