I've combined my four favorite types of massage; Swedish, deep tissue, muscle energy technique and myofacial release into what i call Gentle Deep tissue. This has been effective not only for my clients at the salon but also for my chiropractic clients. It allows full relaxation while at the same time reducing and eliminating those sore achey areas on everyone from infants to those with active sports lives and geriatric and medical issues.
