A talisman is usually a trinket, an amulet, something held close to bring about positive change, whether it be in health, wealth, luck, or magic. While that concept may feel far away from massage and bodywork, I believe taking your wellness seriously can be akin to embarking on a bit of an adventure, where we know the destination is an improvement from whence we began. Change happens incrementally with effort, intention and a little intuition. This is how I approach my practice. I am honored to be with you as we move through this stage into the next.
