Debra Barrett

Debra Barrett is a licensed massage therapist and graduate of the Health Enrichment Center, an institution known for its evidence-based curriculum and expert instructors who were former team massage therapists for the Detroit Lions and Detroit Pistons. Her approach to bodywork is rooted in the integration of massage therapy into wellness plans and pain management protocols, supporting both therapeutic outcomes and long-term health. Debra is trained in a range of modalities including relaxation massage, deep tissue, hot stone therapy, prenatal massage, and cupping. Her work is informed by a strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and the physiological effects of therapeutic touch. She is committed to providing individualized treatment based on each client’s unique presentation—whether addressing muscular tension, chronic pain, stress-related conditions, or supporting prenatal care. Debra maintains a focus on professional standards, client comfort, and treatment efficacy with every session. Outside of her practice, Debra enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time immersed in nature. She shares her outdoor adventures with her beloved Border Collie, George.
