Sandra Papiez

Sandra Papiez has been in the holistic healing field for over 35 years. For 8 of those years, Sandra taught polarity classes at the Michigan Polarity Center and massage classes at the Myomassethics Center. She is passionate about empowering clients to increase their self awareness, find balance and access their inner guidance in regards to their best individual self-care. Over the years she has trained in many forms of therapeutic bodywork; including Polarity, Trager, Somatic Experiencing(Trauma Work), Myofascial Release Massage, Craniosacral, Reflexology and much more. At her business, Choosing TLC, she offers many other therapeutic services as well such as an infrared sauna, detox footpath and a vibration plate for the lymph system.
