As a licensed massage therapist, my goal is to help clients correct imbalances in the body that come from the stress of today's hectic lifestyles. I provide a caring and comfortable professional environment to help you relax, reset, and recharge.My massage style uses medium to moderate pressure to get your muscles to relax. Specific techniques are customized to your session, but generally include swedish massage strokes and specific trigger point work or cupping therapy (at no additional charge) if the client wants. My method involves keeping open communication with you throughout the session. Please don't brace yourself and "take it." If the pressure is too much or too little, just let me know and I'll happily adjust. You know your body best, and your feedback will make the session as productive as possible for you.I chose a career in massage therapy as a way to help others deal with issues of pain and stress with a natural, proven technique that increases overall health and wellbeing. A massage can really change your day! I wholeheartedly believe in the mind-body connection and am committed both as a practitioner and a lifelong learner to continuing education in the field of massage therapy.
