I have been a massage therapist for 25 very happy years. It is a joy to connect with people in ways that bring relaxation to the body and mind. My belief is that we all have a deep well of calm stillness within us.  Reaching that place on a regular basis is vital in keeping a healthy connection of body, mind, emotions, and spirit.I work with different levels of tissue and at different energetic I havlevels, as appropriate -- old/young, athletes/couch potatoes, deep work/energy work, first massage ever/experienced massage receiver! We can talk or not talk, as you prefer.  Each person is different from minute to minute, day to day, and so the massage we do together may not be the same every time. You and I are partners in this journey within – I provide a calm, sacred place, relaxing music, warm heated bags and heated table, soothing touch … you bring yourself and see where you go!
