Mary Gabis

Hello, thank you for your interest in working with me. My name is Mary and I am a licensed massage therapist and an insured member of both the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). I received my education and clinical training at The Massage School in Easthampton, Massachusetts.I have always had a personal interest in mindfulness, complementary approaches to health and wellness, and physical movement. As a certified yoga teacher and a licensed educator, I enjoy learning, applying, and sharing techniques to regulate the nervous system, relieve pain, and help find balance among the physical, emotional, and spiritual experiences.I am passionate about the work I do, and am invested in building a professional relationship with each of my clients to provide high-quality massage therapy and energy healing based on trust, transparency, and ethical practice.
