Mary Gabis

My mission is to provide a supportive massage that is responsive to each individual’s specific needs, sensitivities, and histories. At the foundation of every session is a clean and calming space to relax into, where boundaries and comfort are taken seriously. I am always learning - client's feedback is both encouraged and valued.Choosing your care includes body work sessions or a combination of body work and energy work. I currently offer relaxation (Swedish) massage ranging from very light to moderately deep pressure, Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Reiki, and private/customized yoga. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) will be offered in the near future.  If you are interested in learning more about the specifics of massage, mindfulness and yoga, trauma awareness practices, or energy work please feel free to reach out.
