Phil Buchanan

My background is in Deep Tissue Therapy, Clinical Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy  and Core Movement Integration (CMI).  Having been in practice since 2006 I've had the opportunity to work with multiple musculoskeletal conditions resulting from injury and life style habits. Most recently I've extended my practice to include CMI, a mindful exercise system that uses functional everday movements to correct restrictions in movement contributing to poor posture and pain. A treatment with me will involve a movement assessment to identify existing restrictions, as well as a discussion of health history and current condition.  Once an assessment has been made we will decide the course of action for the treatment plan. This will involve movement exercises, and soft tissue release as needed. I'm available for home visits as well as office appoints at my office in Natick, MA.
