My name is Christopher and I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to helping people feel better in their bodies—whether that means easing chronic tension, supporting athletic performance, or simply creating space for deep relaxation in a busy life.My approach is rooted in presence, listening, and personalized care. Every person who walks into my space brings a unique story, a unique body, and a unique set of goals. I take the time to understand what you need, then tailor each session using a blend of techniques that may include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Hot Stone, or Chair Massage.Over the years, I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life—athletes, parents, teachers, first responders, office workers, and people simply seeking relief from stress. What they all share is a desire to move more freely, feel more balanced, and reconnect with their well‑being.
