A combination massage usually includes various techniques such as deep tissue, Swedish relaxation, reflexology, trigger point, myofascial release, Reiki, range of motion/stretching, and other as indicated. The massage session will be individualized to each person's therapeutic needs. You can also specify a preference prior to your massage. Choice of music, aromatherapy, and lotion/oil type can also be requested. Table height is adjustable to meet Americans with Disabilities Act Standards. Seated chair massage and Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy® (AOTA)® massage need to be specifically requested in advance upon booking your appointment.I am available at various times throughout the week by appointment only.
