Alison Babil

Alison is a 2004 graduate of the Potomac Massage Training Institute  (PMTI)  and on the PMTI faculty.  Please visit https://www.truenorthhealing.com/ for more information. Alison is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner (GCFP). She has advanced training in massage for whiplash injuries, massage for severe headaches, and pregnancy massage.  She is certified in Soul Lightening Acupressure, the Sounder Sleep System®, is a Reiki Master-Teacher, and has extensive training in Craniosacral-based Alchemical Alignment, bodywork for trauma resolution and embodiment of spirit.  She works with both adults and children.  Alison's areas of focus are pain management and movement education. She has a particular interest in working with clients with Parkinson's Disease. Clients find her sessions to be calming, stabilizing, and compassionate.   Alison's deep listening, technical expertise and intuition support clients to find greater ease in their bodies and lives.
