After nearly 3 decades of working as a deep tissue Massage Therapist, a certified Yoga teacher, and a Lifestyle and Health coach, I continue to be inspired by the wisdom of the body/mind to move us towards balance and healing. We all need time for stillness, to listen deeply to our body's own innate wisdom, and a safe space/presence to help guide us into that profound space of healing.
