Howdy! My name is James Fite and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist who focuses on helping people’s bodies function better for over 10 years. I use a wide array of techniques from many modalities such as Deep Tissue, Sports, Thai, Reiki, and Trigger Point.I’ve spent most of my massage career working along side of Chiropractors and Physical Therapists, so my massage practice’s intent reflects the idea of healing and restoring function. While I am only one part of the puzzle, my goal is to help my clients continue their wellness journey.
