About
I started Flowstate Massage & Reiki in May of 2026 after nearly eleven years of practicing massage therapy, and eight years practicing reiki healing. I've worked in many settings of the healing world and I'm excited to finally bring my own experience to southern Maine.
I really do enter a complete flow state while I work on your body, mind and spirit. Time doesn't exist and it's just you and I for 60-120 minutes. Having this time to yourself to unwind, let go and receive is exactly why I do what I do. When you are on my table, know that this time is completely about you. How often do we get full uninterrupted time for ourselves? at Flowstate you do.
Combining deep, healing, relaxation massage and reiki energy, my massage and energy sessions are completely customized to what you need or want at that time. Sound healing, aromatherapy, hot towels, and cupping are just a few of the complimentary modalities I offer.
At Flowstate Massage and Reiki EVERY human is welcome, there is no room here for judgement, hate or prejudice. When you're on my table you are home.
