Hello! My name is Alena Bell and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I spent last 10 years working at spas around New Hampshire before moving back to my husband’s hometown of Cornish, ME. I specialize in integrated massage, combining different techniques to address your specific concerns, whether you are looking to relax and rejuvenate, release muscle tension, ease aches and pains, or pamper yourself. Your massage is always customized to your body’s needs and can include relaxation or deep tissue, hot basalt stones or Himalayan salt stones, reflexology or aromatherapy.
