Pain is a powerful motivator. An accident and injury are what started me on my path of working with myself to improve my biomechanics and quality of life. While going through this process, I began working clinically, teaching exercise to patients under the guidance of Chiropractors. Doing what I loved, the years flew by. Still eager to grow and learn, I completed massage therapy schooling from Delta College in Covington, Louisiana, and was licensed by 2017. In the years to follow, I utilized all of my resources studying SomaTraining, SomaTherapy, and the ELDOA Method by Dr. Guy Voyer DO.
