My practice incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Swedish Massage, PNF stretches, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Stress Relief Massage, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Hydrotherapy, and Cryotherapy when appropriate. Every session begins with a brief consultation so we can create a treatment plan that best supports your wellness goals.In addition to table massage by appointment, you'll also find me providing chair massage at festivals, conventions, craft fairs, farmers markets, and other community events through my mobile practice, Whiskers and Willows Wellness. I enjoy bringing the benefits of massage therapy to people where they are and helping make self-care more accessible.
